Ramos, who was arrested on a related firearms charge last week and is in custody, will be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court at a later date on charges of first-degree murder, possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition and carrying a loaded firearm.Boston Police responded to 5 Leyland St. a little before midnight on July 6.
